Accessing our file server to upload or download files

Click here to access our super-easy file upload/download applet.

The user name is customer
The password is bark21

We recommend using our applet but we also have an old-fashioned ftp site at ftp://printcraft-solutions.com

DON'T FORGET TO TELL US YOU SEND US FILES. Please fill out the our on-line order form or e-mail prepress at printcraft-solutions.com.

Warning: Our ftp site will only work if you enable “ACTIVE” mode, not “PASSIVE” mode on your ftp client.

Our ftp site has been tested with “Cyberduck” and “Transmit” on the OS X mac operating system. On Windows, it has been tested with the “SmartFTP” client and the Firefox FtP extension, “fire ftp.”

We do NOT support browsers such as Safari and Internet Explorer, as they are not reliable FTP clients (translation: Sometimes they work, most times they don’t, and it’s frustrating for everybody to try to figure it out.

1. Firefox 1.5 works only if you download the ftp client “fire ftp” at fireftp.mozdev.org (or google “firefox ftp” and it will take you to the download site. Then, when you create an account to access the ftp site, under “account manager,” select the “Connections” window and click off passive mode.

2. Cyberduck, a free ftp client works. When you enter the necessary information to log on, click on “more options.” Change the “connect” setting from “default” to “active.

3. Transmit, another popular ftp client, works as well. But in the preference windows, in the network setting, you need to uncheck passive mode.

4. SmartFTP, a windows client, will work if you enable the active mode as well.

Lastly, if all else fails, we recommend that you use file sharing services such as www.yousendit.com or www.speedyshare.com.
